Warranty Repairs

All items sold at Medical Supply Depot are new and carry the original manufacturer's warranty. The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based on the respective manufacturer's warranty policy. Medical Supply Depot is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.

We will work diligently with the manufacturer to take care of your service need by arranging part replacements. Medical Supply Depot and/or the manufacturer reserve the right to replace the defective part(s) and requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. We are unable to expedite shipment on replacement items or parts. If a replacement part cannot be rapidly obtained, a new item will be shipped. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement item, you can return the item under our standard Return Policy.

At times, the manufacture may require the defective item returned. In this case, a prepaid return shipping label will be supplied and it is the customer’s responsibility to ship the item back. Failure to return the defective item will result in being billed for the retail cost of the item.

After thirty (30) days of receipt, we will refer all issues concerning defective merchandise to the manufacturer for warranty processing, if applicable.

THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY MEDICAL SUPPLY DEPOT.

Medical Supply Depot will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Medical Supply Depot’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
