The Urocare Quick Drain Valve is made from white rubber and pliable tubing. It requires a limited amount of finger or hand control. Finger loops or a crossbar may be attached to the lever.

It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
