        Retention

        We will process and store your information only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the storage, or as permitted by law.  The criteria used to determine the period of storage of information is the respective statutory retention period or [insert other criteria used to determine storage period for data that does not have a statutory retention period].  After expiration of that period, the corresponding information is routinely deleted, as long as it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of a contract or the initiation of a contract.         SMS Communications

        We may choose to contact you by SMS only after receiving your express consent by signup form or checkout selection. You may opt-out from receiving future messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

        Medical Supply Depot uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

        SMS information is never shared with third parties without your express consent.

        Commitment to Data Security

        To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

        For payments we are using a certified payment gateway provider. All credit card details are encrypted pursuant to through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We therefore do not keep your full credit card information.

        While we use industry-standard precautions to safeguard your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee complete security. 100% complete security does not presently exist anywhere online or offline.
