Medical Supply Depot values our reputation for shipping orders as quickly as possible.  Below are our shipping policies designed to help facilitate a smooth process:

    • We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $75.00 or more. Orders of $74.99 or less will be charged a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95.
    • FREE shipping is only available in the Contiguous United States. Higher shipping rates will be applied to all other U.S. locations (AK, HI, PR, AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW, VI).
    • We do not ship orders out on Saturdays, Sundays, or legal holidays.
    • We cannot ship orders to a PO Box address.
    • Orders placed by 1pm PST will likely ship the same business day. Orders received after 1pm PST will ship the following business day.
    • Medical Supply Depot has 14 distribution centers throughout the United States. Most items are generally in stock and will ship directly from us.
    • Occasionally, an item may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer which can result in a slight shipping delay.
    • Special or custom item orders may take longer to ship out. There will be a notation on the product on our website. [Please note that special order items are final sale and, therefore, not returnable.]
    • Once your orders ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number, shipping currier and estimated delivery date.
    • Orders may ship in multiple packages in order to expedite delivery. There will be no additional shipping charges.
    • Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days but may take up to 7 days. Occasionally, items will be shipped from a different distribution center which may cause a brief delay in shipping.

Expedited Shipping

    • Please call Customer Service at (800) 965-7496 for all expedited shipping requests!
    • Depending on shipping location, expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost. The shipping charges are calculated according to the specifics of the order. 
    • Weekend and holiday delivery may not be available with expedited shipping.


In the event of an item being on backorder, we will send an email notification informing you as such. Please ensure you provide us with a functioning email.  You can then choose to continue to wait for the product, change the order to a compatible substitute if possible, or cancel the order.  If we are unable to fill your order, you will be refunded completely.
