It is constructed with a 4-section aluminum construction which is lightweight and durable. The Cane's shaft is covered with reflective white and red colored tape which provide more visibility to the cane at night. It can be folded and unfolded easily making it easier to store and transport. It also comes with standard wrist strap and reinforced nylon tip which ensures the cane is always within your reach. Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
