The Esteem synergy ostomy system utilizes an innovative Adhesive Aoupling Technology that connects the pouch to the skin barrier and eliminates the need for plastic rings that must be snapped or locked together. Instead of a plastic ring, Esteem synergy pouches feature a flat, flexible adhesive foam ring that securely connects to a flexible, clear "landing zone" on the skin barrier. The result is a low-profile, flexible two-piece system.

The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based upon the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Medical Supply Depot will not be held liable if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty service.
Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
