Dress and protect your wounds with this Covaderm Plus Dressing. This is a multi-layered composite wound dressing that consists of 4 layers(Protective non-adherent contact layer; Absorbent soft pad, Semi-occlusive polyurethane film, and Conformable adhesive-coated tape). It maintains moist environment while protecting your wound from outside contaminants. Its 4 layer construction prevents drainage strike-through, Minimizes wound trauma, and provides excellent moisture vapor transmission. This dressing is ideal for many wound types including pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, chronic secreting lesions, surgical incisions, diabetic ulcers etc. DR46401 is a replacement for DRL46401.

The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based upon the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
