Provide maximum comfort and protection using The Curity Foley Catheter Tray by Covidien (Kendall). It is an all in one package for catheter insertion and urine sampling. This tray features a drain bag complete with the mono-flo anti-reflux device, safeguard needleless sampling port and splashguard II drain spout. It provides gross reflux without restricting system flow. Safeguard sample port is an OSHA compatible needleless self-sealing port that reduces the likelihood of closed system contamination. The splashguard drain spout provides accurate, one-handed drainage while reducing the likelihood of cross-contamination. It features an enhanced 45-degree pedestal, which ensures vertical position during use.

The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based upon the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Medical Supply Depot will not be held liable if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty service.
Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
