This Shower Spray comes with an Extra-long 80" white reinforced nylon hose and sturdy wall holder to provide convenience as you take a bath. It features an On/Off switch built into the handle that gives you an easy and quick access. It also comes with a diverter valve that allows you to either use the Shower Spray as a regular shower head to operate or be used as a handheld shower spray. This Shower Spray is useful when a shower chair, bench or stool is being used. Due to health, hygienic and safety regulations this item cannot be returned or exchanged. The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based upon the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
