Take a seat while you're taking a bath with this Designer Series Bath Stool. This Bath Stool is made of lightweight, durable 1"" aluminum tubing that can handle weight up to 300 lbs. Its leg has a support collar which adds additional strength and stability to the bath seat. It is also equipped with an impact-resistant, composite seat that is both crack-proof and tarnish resistant. Proposition 65 Warning: This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Due to health, hygienic and safety regulations this item cannot be returned or exchanged. Items damaged during shipment and delivery or sent incorrectly will be repaired or replaced at Medical Supply Depot.com's expense.

Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
