The newly improved Esteem synergy + pouches employ our innovative Adhesive Coupling Technology. Instead of plastic rings, a foam adhesive securely couples the pouch to the skin barrier's clear plastic “Landing Zone.". The result is a low profile, flexible, secure system, with the convenience of a one-piece and the versatility of a two-piece. The newly designed filter reduces clogging, allowing it to work longer and keep the pouch flat while virtually eliminating odor. And the new soft, quiet pouch material is smooth, comfortable and water resistent. Esteem synergy skin barriers feature Stomahesive or Durahesive technologies and are designed to be gentle yet durable to protect sensitive peristomal skin. Pouch allows for draining at bottom.

The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based upon the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
