The 4-wheel rollator walker is constructed of durable steel, giving it a higher weight capacity than standard aluminum models. It also has a comfy padded seat that lifts up to provide access to the included storage bag. The walker with wheels and seat can be folded up for easy storage. Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
