Replace your damaged or worn-out wheels with this Front/Rear Wheel Assembly for 726 Rollator. This wheel assembly is a replacement for the front/rear wheels of the Drive 726 rollator. It does not include wheel, bearing, axle bolt, and nut. This wheel assembly does not include front-wheel fork or swivel.

It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
