This Bed is constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame that can carry individuals weighing up to 1000 lbs and has a large sleep surface to provide more space and comfort to your patients. With the use of its remote control, you can easily adjust the bed to 3 different positions. It has a split-pan design which provides a smooth and quiet adjusting operation without giving disturbance to your patient. The bed can be assembled and disassembled without any use of a tool. It also includes a manual crank which can be used for manual bed positioning. The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based upon the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Medical Supply Depot will not be held liable if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty service.
Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
