Formally known as Guardian Envoy 480 Deluxe Rollator, this version of walker is different to other rollator walkers simply because it features more, does more and holds more as needed. An aluminum frame adds strength to the rollator and all four wheels are 8 inches in diameter with five solid spokes to evenly distribute weight. With nearly 18 inches of space between the wheels, this rollator easily can hold up to 300 pounds. A padded, curved front feels like a back support should you need to sit, or can be a secondary handle if you need to elevate a leg while moving. The handles are also adjustable, up to 36 inches, and can accommodate a person 6-feet, 2-inches tall.

Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
