This hamper is constructed with chrome-plated steel frame that can support up to 36 - 42 gallon bags and provides an attractive look. It features a white, poly-coated 18" x 19" steel lid that can be easily raised or lowered by using its non-slip pedal. This hamper is also equipped with 3" locking casters that allow the hamper to glide easily. The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based upon the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
