This product is part of a two-piece pouching system. The closed pouch is designed to be removed when emptied. These pouches are most suitable for colostomies or for stomas with less frequent or more predictable output. The cloth-like QuietWear pouch material helps reduce pouch noise.

Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
