Provide fast and accurate readings using The Lifescan OneTouch Ultra Blue Test Strip by LifeScan. These test strips are a blood glucose testing strip uses double sure technology. These test strips are designed to eliminate the risk of a false reading by checking each sample twice. These Test Strips are for one time use. After each use, dispose of the old strip. These test strips are designed for use with the One Touch Ultra 2, OneTouch UltraSmart, One Touch Ultra Mini, OneTouch Ultra, and InDuo Meters. To use these Test Strips make sure the meter is turned off and do not bend, cut, or alter the test strips.

The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based upon the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Medical Supply Depot will not be held liable if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty service.
Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
