Provide fast and accurate readings using The OneTouch Ultra Control Solution by LifeScan. It ensures that your meter and test strips are working together properly. The product contains a known amount of glucose that reacts with OneTouch Ultra Test Strips. Control Solution tests are recommended: whenever a new vial of test strips is opened, if you suspect the meter or test strips are not working properly, if you have repeated unexpected blood glucose results, if you drop or damage your meter.

The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based upon the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Medical Supply Depot will not be held liable if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty service.
Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
