The seat and back can be adjusted to angles of 0, 22.2, 45, 67.5 and 90 degrees for comfort while bathing. The chair comes with slip-resistant legs for added safety and can raise the chair to a height of 7", even when the user is seated in chair. The seat features convenient leg straps to control adduction and abduction while seated, and its adjustable positioning straps offer security that can be removed if they are not needed. The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based upon the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Medical Supply Depot will not be held liable if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty service.
Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
