ReliaMed Wound Cleanser is a Nontoxic, ph-balanced, nonirritating wound cleanser, which gently removes debris and dressing residue from the wound bed. It does not require scrubbing or rinsing. The ReliaMed Wound Cleanser is Ideal for all types of wounds, including stage I-IV pressure ulcers, stasis ulcers, diabetic ulcers and first and second degree wounds.

The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based upon the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Medical Supply Depot will not be held liable if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty service.
Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
