This Grab bar is a dual rotating grab bar, that provides you more versatily of adjustment to multiple angles. It is equipped with a large 4" suction cups that provide an extremely strong hold on your bathroom wall without breaking the grout line. Its releasing lever allows the grab bar to be installed and removed easily to any surfaces without the use of any tools. It also features a Red/Green color indicators which allow you to know if the grab bar is well secured or needs to be re-aligned. Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
