The Urocare Straight-through Adapter is a short, multi-purpose adapter that can be used as a replacement for the standard bottom drain valve. It may be used as an extension or adaptor for connecting Urocare urinal sheaths to vinyl disposable urine bags.
UC6005 is a replacement for URO6005.

Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
