Only the SUR-FIT Natura ostomy system is available with ConvaTec Moldable Technology skin barriers which hug the individual contours of your stoma to allow for a secure, personalized fit without the need for scissors. Comfort panels are designed to be quiet and odor-proof helping maintain discretion. Two-piece design permits easy pouch removal for venting or changing. Specially engineered filter vents automatically to help reduce ballooning. Filter membrane maintains air flow, even when soiled, and helps to prevent leakage.

The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based upon the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Medical Supply Depot will not be held liable if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty service.
Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
