At Medical Supply Depot, we only sell new items that carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based upon the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Medical Supply Depot will not be held liable if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty service.
Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.

Medical Supply Depot will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Medical Supply Depot’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
