Description
The Home Diagnostics TRUEcontrol Glucose Solution is used to test the accuracy of blood glucose meter and test strips. This control solution when applied to a test strip, confirms that the meter's test results are within the expected range printed on the test strip vial. The control result within an acceptable range confirms that the monitoring system is working properly. This Glucose Solution is recommended for use with TRUEtrack, TRUEread and Sidekick Blood Glucose Test Strips. TRUEcontrol Level 0 - Low, Level 1 - High.

The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based upon the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Medical Supply Depot will not be held liable if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty service.
Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
