It includes 1200cc graduated drainage tray, 2 latex exam gloves, waterproof underpad, fenestrated drape, lubricating jelly, 3 PVP swab sticks and a specimen container with label. It does not include drainage bag.

The repair or replacement of defective merchandise will be based upon the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Medical Supply Depot will not be held liable if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty service.
Requests for replacement and/or repairs will be processed as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange replacement or repair of parts by the manufacturer.
It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a part will be replaced or repaired. If the manufacturer requests the return of the defective item, a shipping label will be supplied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back as soon as the shipping label is received.
